An ode to personal survival. Trying to survive the chaos, being isolated from the world we knew. Trying to accept a new reality all the while lost. Trying to mend a broken heart. Realisations that it was the WORST LOVE you've ever had. Letting the pain flood in & take over. Letting my biggest fears & darkest thoughts control of my emotions.

Crying myself to sleep every night. Mourning a love I thought I deserved. I would disappear to places of desperation & loneliness. Then. One day I decided I wanted to live! I would chant, Try, try, try! All you have to do is try!

I slowly began to trick the demons in my head that I was worthy of THE BEST LOVE I could ever have! The plan started to work, the voices diminished. Then one day, without warning something changed.

I began CONNECTING TO MY ESSENCE. She had found her way back into me! She assured me I wasn't alone, I would find the best love & the map flooded my veins & reached my heart singing the message follow the ROAD AHEAD!
